The Hednesford Town Council Office is located at the Pye Green Community Centre and is staffed on a part time basis by the Town Council Manager/Clerk of the Council, Peter Harrison and Assistant Clerk Laurie Bowman.

The Council offices are open to the public 09.30 to 12.00 Monday to Friday. However, as there are times when staff have to carry out duties away from the office it is advisable to telephone prior to a visit. There is an answer-phone if you wish to leave a message.

Free car parking is available at the Community Centre and there is access for the disabled and the centre is served by a frequent bus service to and from Hednesford Town.
